AI Workflows

I need to do [task] regularly as part of my work.

Here's how I currently do it:
[describe current process]

Build me a repeatable Claude workflow that
removes the thinking from it. Include:
1. The exact prompt to start with
2. What context to always feed in
3. Where most people go wrong with this task
4. How to know when the output is good enough
I want to build a Claude Project for [area of
work / life].

Here's what I use it for:
[describe]

Write me:
1. A system prompt for the project
2. The three most useful prompts to save
   inside it
3. What context documents I should upload
4. One thing lots of people people forget to include
   that makes a big difference
This prompt isn't doing what I want:
[paste prompt]

This is what I'm getting:
[describe output]

This is what I actually want:
[describe ideal output]

Tell me exactly what's wrong with it and
give me a fixed version. Explain the change
so I understand it for next time.

Thinking & Decisions

I'm going to brain dump. Everything on my
mind right now: tasks, ideas, worries, things
I need to do, things I've been putting off.
Don't interrupt me, just take it all in.

BRAIN DUMP:
[paste everything here]

Now organise this into:
1. What needs doing today
2. What needs a decision before it can move
3. What I'm overthinking and can let go
4. What's an idea worth developing

Be direct. Don't pad. Flag anything that looks
like a pattern I should notice.
I've been going back and forth on [decision]
for [length of time]. Here's where I'm at:

[explain the situation]

Don't tell me what to do. Ask me the three
questions I'm avoiding that would
resolve this.
I need to understand [topic] well enough to
have an informed opinion on it.

Give me:
1. The actual basics — NO padding
2. The thing people often get wrong about it
3. One contrarian take worth knowing
4. One question worth asking about it
Here's a situation I'm trying to read:
[describe situation]

Tell me:
1. What's really happening here
2. What the other person/party likely wants
3. What my real options are
4. What I'd probably regret
